Details Created by acclaimed designer Lena Bergstrm and Swedish glassmaker Orrefors, Sarek bowl with birch lid is handmade crystal glassware representing the best of modern Scandinavian deisgn. It is inspired by the shapes and designs found in the small wooden boxes made of plaited birch bark from people in the northern part of Sweden, particularly its distinctive diamond-shaped patterns, while the combination of pale ash with crystal is a contemporary Swedish mix of materials.
